NSW Office of Sport's Karen Jones moves to acting Chief Executive role at Destination NSW

Karen Jones, Chief Executive at the NSW Office of Sport since 2019, has advised that she has been appointed as the acting Chief Executive for Destination NSW.

Jones, who will start in the role in mid-January for up to six-months, advised on social media "this is an opportunity to contribute to the talented team at Destination NSW and promote the vibrant, world-class destinations across the state."

Established in 2011, Destination NSW is the NSW Government executive agency that supports the growth of tourism and events in NSW.

The agency falls within the NSW Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport.
