Ninja Parc launches compact model with smaller footprint and lower entry cost

The Belgravia Group’s Ninja Parc indoor obstacle course franchise has launched a new offering in its portfolio – Ninja Parc ‘Base’ – with the new business model delivering all the fun of a standard Ninja Parc but occupying a smaller footprint with a lower cost entry point than a full-size site.

Typically, a Ninja Parc site requires an area of 1200metre2 to operate however, Ninja Parc Base needs only 500metre2 with a total investment price starting at $400,000.

Ninja Parc Base takes the same multifaceted approach to ensure different income streams for franchisees. Casual options like casual play and children’s birthday parties make up a large proportion of the Ninja Parc model along with the option to convert these customers into members who attend weekly children and adult group classes.

Ninja Parc Chief Executive John Pirlo said he was excited about expanding the options available to franchisees because it made the brand more accessible and opened up new location options.

Pirlo advises “this change will make Ninja Parc accessible to more franchisees, giving them the confidence to launch an obstacle course under the well-known Ninja Parc brand.

“It also opens up new territories. Our property team assists with finding suitable locations and has partnerships with real estate brokers around the country – we know there are some great opportunities for these small sites and look forward to helping new franchisees find a great location, including in regional areas, which really suit this smaller model.

“Ultimately this allows us to grow the brand more quickly and give more children across Australia a fun way to get moving.

“We’re very confident of membership potential this year. We’re seeing strong numbers at our existing sites and as lockdowns fade to a distant memory, kids are keen to get back to activities. Ninja Warrior 2022 will also heat up the demand.”
