Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs partner with Mirvac to open first Victorian club

Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs has partnered with Mirvac with plans to bring a new premium, members-only club to Mirvac’s Tullamore community, situated in Doncaster in Melbourne’s east.

The multi-million dollar project, marks Next Gen’s expansion into Victoria, and will see the former Eastern Golf Course homestead at Tullamore restored to create an inner-city country club, offering members a premium level of service and luxury amenity.

Anouncing the partnership, Next Gen Managing Director, Brett Leahy stated "all Next Gen clubs are built on sites with a strong sporting heritage, which is a natural synergy with Tullamore’s rich golfing history. We are delighted to partner with Mirvac to open our first club in Victoria, and we hope to bring Doncaster residents a new and unparalleled health and lifestyle experience.”

Aligning with Mirvac’s purpose to reimagine urban life, the 11,000 metre² Next Gen Doncaster will feature latest innovations in training equipment, with a range of health, fitness and lifestyle amenities including a full suite of studio classes, resort-style indoor and outdoor heated pools, a premium spa retreat, four tennis courts, a members’ lounge and a licensed café.

Elysa Anderson, General Manager Residential Victoria at Mirvac added "we are delighted to partner with Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs to bring a first-of-its-kind facility to the natural surrounds of Tullamore. At Mirvac, we are focused on delivering outstanding living environments for our residents and Tullamore is no exception. We hope that this new amenity will add to the wellbeing and sense of freedom of residents and the wider community.”

Tullamore by Mirvac provides approximately 850 dwellings. Spanning 47 hectares, and with more than 20 % of the site devoted to open green spaces, Tullamore is defined by its quality architecture nestled in the flourishing landscape, open parklands, heritage tree retention and new plantings.

Next Gen Doncaster is planned to become one of Next Gen’s flagship locations, adding to their portfolio of clubs in Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland. The anticipated opening date is mid 2020.
