New Toowomba gym taps into wellness and wellbeing market
Less than 12 months after opening the first Zama Yoga studios in the Brisbane suburb of Toowong and in Toowomba's Southtown Shopping Centre, owners Ben and Nicole Loxley have opened a new space in Toowoomba's High Street Shopping Centre.
The brother and sister team behind Zama aim to offer a complete approach health and wellbeing through yoga, fitness, massage and the other health modalities.
At the Southtown Shopping Centre they also offer Zama group fitness classes and personal training while at the new space they also run bootcamp, pilates and boxing classes as well as offer personal training sessions.
Ben Loxley adds "we'll also be starting a 10-week challenge for those looking to get through winter, which involves fitness class, personal training sessions each week and nutrition talks from guest speakers."
