New software module aims to aid aquatic centres manage school swimming programs
Looking to help aquatic centres manage their school swimming programs, GreeneDesk has announced the launch of a new SwimDesk Schools module which can be run in conjunction with other SwimDesk modules or completely standalone.
With Aquatic centres suffering from constant staffing problems, the new module has been developed specifically for Aquatic centres to save time and money in managing their school swimming programs.
Introducing the new module, Mark Fisher, General Manager APAC for GreeneDesk, explains “we know that managing school swimming programs can be a challenge for Aquatic centres as there is a large influx of new students coming into the centre for a short period of time.
“Our new SwimDesk Schools module takes the pressure off of managing these programs by allowing bulk uploads of student details, building sessions and classes directly in the system and recording attendance and assessments on any device without the need for internet access.
“Further to this, many different reports such as the Victoria Water Safety report can be run at the press of a button which we know can be a huge time saver for facilities. It doesn’t matter what software is being used to manage an aquatic centre, SwimDesk Schools can be used separately to help with what can be a challenging program to run.”
