New gym to feed exercise cravings
Platinum Addiction, a new gym on Sydney's Northern Beaches, has been created out of a desire to make a difference in people's lives.
The Warriewood facility has been created by owner and personal trainer Maddy Cox and aims to offer "a unique and exciting take on exercise that is sure to motivate."
In developing the gym, Cox sought "to create a space where members and staff alike can surround themselves with positivity; where the fundamental principle is to not simply lose weight and look great, but for people to experience their best life yet both physically and emotionally.
"The entire Platinum team are committed to delivering outstanding service to their members and will support them every step of the way in their effort to reach their goals.
"Platinum Addiction will be a place where people can't wait to be; where the number one priority is unity and happiness. You may not always feel upbeat and motivated, but rest assured as soon as you enter the sliding doors of Platinum Addiction these weights will lift and you'll be engulfed once again by the very essence of our brand. It's this that they infect their members and clients with and have them coming back for more, have them telling their friends why they look and feel so great, and why Platinum Addiction is like no place else."
Catering to both men and women of all age groups and fitness levels, and offering all the facilities of the large chains with the attitude and atmosphere of a friendly, local business; Cox believes that Platinum Addiction is set to revolutionise exercise on the Northern Beaches.
The new club has been extensively equipped by Technogym, with weights machines, free weights and dumbbells, Olympic bars and barbells, a stretching station Kinesis equipment.
It also features Expresso Bikes and a wide selection of Reebok equipment in Platinum Addiction's Fusion room, including kettle bells, easy tone steps, kick boxing bags and gloves, therabands, skipping ropes, dumbbells, bars and plates, weighted bars, medicine balls, fit balls, trxs and rings.
