Ardent Leisure announces new branding as Coast Entertainment Holdings

Ardent Leisure Group Limited has informed the Australian Stock Exchange that it will begin trading as Coast Entertainment Holdings Limited as of today (Monday 18th December).

Approved by a special resolution of shareholders at its recent AGM, the change is purely in name change with a statement from the company advising “there is no change to the ownership, structure or operations of the group or the Dreamworld, Whitewater World or SkyPoint businesses.”

Released last Friday, the statement was authorised by the Board of Coast Entertainment Holdings Limited and Group General Counsel and Company Secretary and Chris Todd.
