Myzone Global challenge helps with fitness motivation
The Myzone Global MEPs Challenge launched last week, is proving to be an incentive that is helping people to stay motivated while their usual exercise routine has altered due to COVID-19 restrictions. Having already gaining significant interest from Myzone fans across the world the challenge will continue to run throughout April 2020, and is designed to help club operators inspire their members to stay healthy, active and engaged while they are unable to access their facilities.
Studies have shown members’ exercise levels increase by 40% with gamification, and the pay-off is of course significant member engagement and all the associated retention benefits.
The Myzone Global MEPs challenge is a fun and engaging way to encourage members to maintain the World Health Organization recommended levels of exercise. Now more than ever users are also realising the benefits of staying connected through the Myzone app, which helps users to keep in touch with their gym friends, trainers and club.
Registered Myzone users who achieve the 1300 MEPs milestone will have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw, for a chance of winning one of the cash prizes. Selected at random, the first prize winner will collect US$5,000 and the ten runners up will collect US$500 each.
With exercise considered to be the best medicine to boost emotional, mental and physical wellbeing, Myzone is committed to helping their communities stay healthy, positive and connected during these extraordinary times.
