MSAC's Energise in 30 Days program

The Melbourne Sport and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) is to launch a new intensive lifestyle program.

The Energise in 30 Days program is led by lifestyle coaches who assess participants current lifestyle balance and then create personal goals and healthy habits.

The program features support, regular contact, training and information sessions and includes one month MSAC Platinum Membership; exercise, nutritional and lifestyle tips from Australian swimming champion Michael Klim; and access to journals and resources written by industry professionals.

It begins with an information evening on Thursday 21st January with an information session featuring Michael Klim; Australian swimming champion, Nicole Livingstone; Australian cycling champion, John Kennedy; Simon Weatherill, Chief Executive of the State Sport Centre Trust and Tory Trewitt, Director of Trewhealth.
