Minions set to entertain at Luna Park Sydney

Stuart, Kevin and Bob, the Minion trio from this year’s highly anticipated Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment’s animation Minions, will be live at Luna Park Sydney every day of the school holidays from Friday 26th June 2015.

The trio are appearing in real life three times daily at 12.15pm, 1.15pm and 2.15pm including an interactive Minions Street Parade!

Sydneysiders will also have the opportunity to capture the world’s greatest minion selfie with three 6 metre high inflatable statues located at the midway of the park. The famous Luna Park Sydney sideshow games will be overrun by Minions merchandise, movie tickets giveaways will be drawn daily, and official Minions show bags will be available for those that want to take a piece of their day home.

To kick off the school holidays celebrations, the characters staged a meet and great on Saturday 27th June at Circular Quay Wharf 5, before hopping on a Sydney Ferry to join in the fun over at Luna Park Sydney.

Luna Park Sydney Director Warwick Doughty stated “the Minions stand for fun. Luna Park is Sydney Harbour’s home of fun. So it makes perfect sense to host the hugely adorable Minions over the entire school holiday period, when the fun will explode in the park with Minions themed activities including a daily interactive Minions Parade, sideshow games, show bags and daily prizes.”

All of the Luna Park Sydney Minions activities will be chronicled online with the Instagram hashtag #meettheminions.
