MindBodySpirit Festival set to return to Sydney and Melbourne

Having successfully staged the 2023 Brisbane edition of the MindBodySpirit Festival, organisers Exhibitions & Events Australia are preparing the Sydney and Melbourne Festivals.

MindBodySpirit Festival is returning to ICC Sydney this weekend (18th to 21st May) and will then be open at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 9th to 12th June.

With over 34 years of experience, the MindBodySpirit Festival is the largest health, wellbeing and natural therapies event in Australia with more than 20,000 people expected to attend in order to discover and immerse themselves in the world of health and wellness.

Presenting the latest wellness trends along with free expert advice, inspirational seminars, psychic readings, free stage performances and delicious health foods, the Festival will feature more than 200 exhibitors showcasing the newest products including skincare, essential oils, herbal supplements, jewellery, cosmetics, music, books, giftware, clothing, crystals, educational courses and body treatments.

Commenting on what drives the MindBodySpirit Festivals, EEA Managing Director, Jane Ford stated "the MindBodySpirit Festival was created to nurture and grow an inspirational, supportive community for people to learn about different holistic health practices, cultivate their own wellbeing, and connect with experts in the field.

"We believe in building happy, healthy and fulfilling lives through mental wellbeing, balanced bodies and enlightened spirituality.

"The MindBodySpirit Festival warmly welcomes people from all walks of life to join us and become the best version of themselves."

The Brisbane MindBodySpirit Festival was held from 24th to 26th February 2023.

The MindBodySpirit Festivals are owned and operated by Exhibitions & Events Australia (EEA), Australia's leading consumer event organiser.
