Management transition at Gunnebo Australia

Entrance control specialists Gunnebo Australia has undergone a management transition in recent weeks.

Longstanding General Manager for Entrance Control (and former Grand Entrance Control Director) Andrew Wilson has left the company to pursue a change of pace.

Prior to Wilson's departure, he worked with his successor, Laurie Mugridge to transition Laurie into the role of General Manager for Entrance Control, a role which will also encompass that of Technical Support Manager for the Entrance Control product install base.

Mugridge had a successful Entrance Control sales and project delivery career with Gunnebo in England prior to accepting a Business Development role with Grand Entrance Control in Sydney in 2006.

Since rejoining Gunnebo with the acquisition of Grand Entrance Control, Laurie continued to drive the sales of Entrance Control products, focused on high security products and also developed and extended the Service Contract base for Entrance Control installations.

Laurie has strong commercial and technical credentials for Entrance Control products and the company is confident that he will be successful in continuing the growth of the Entrance Control business.
