Major international child development conference heads to Australia for the first time

The International Association of Child Development Programs (IACDP) will be convening its annual Conference for the first time outside of North America - at Tweed Heads, NSW from 23rd to 25th July.

Bringing together many leaders in the provision of physical activities program for children, the conference will feature presenters are from Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico and the USA.

The IACDP event backs onto Gymnastics Clubs Australia's annual 'leadership and business' Congress - both being at Twin Town Services Club. For those into the growth and developmental benefits of early years physical activities programs - the Child Development Collective's Swim Educator Day will also be at the same venue on 23rd July.

Participants will be able to freely move between the IACDP and CDC sessions.

The IACDP is about enhancing the Children's Development Industry by harnessing the collective of the industry (associations, suppliers, child development centres) - internationally and interdisciplinary - through facilitated communication.
