Magic Memories recognise successful Melbourne Star opening
The opening of the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel has been one of the most successful its photographic partner, Magic Memories, has been involved with.
Magic Memories provides unique experience photography for Melbourne Star guests to ensure they leave with a special souvenir. It has partnered with more than 100 major tourism attractions around the world since it was founded in 1995.
Magic Memories Group Chief Executive John Wikstrom said he was delighted with the new start-up at the Melbourne Star, one of the most successful in Magic Memories' 19 year history.
Wikstrom explains "from day one we have outperformed our targets which is a credit to the complete support from the team at Melbourne Star. A partnership approach is key to any new site start-up. The alignment between both companies has allowed us to design, prepare and deliver a customer proposition that has resulted in a very special project.
"The customer always votes with their wallets, and their smiles, and we have received top marks on both these measures so far!"
Magic Memories provide guests with the option of a personalised, high-quality, exclusive photo book, allowing them to take home a customised detailed account of their experience. The book contains three photographs and an online access card to download their visit to the Melbourne Star.
Melbourne Star Management Group Chief Executive Chris Kelly said the partnership with Magic Memories was an important part of the Melbourne Star experience and our strong focus on the complete guest experience.
Kelly added "we are delighted to see so many of our Melbourne Star guests leave with a special memory of this unique experience. Magic Memories is a valuable part of our overall Star experience."
Melbourne Star is owned by Sanoyas Rides Australia Pty Ltd and is managed by the Melbourne Star Management Group.
