Les Mills to release redesigned SMARTBAND
The redesigned Les Mills SMARTBAND™ is set to be the newest addition to the Les Mills SMART TECH™ line of innovative and ergonomic fitness equipment.
For exercisers wanting to take a break from weights, the resistance band is suitable for all levels of activity – from beginners to expert – with the portable piece of equipment proving highly effective in improving strength and balance. Plus, you work in a full range of motion, so it targets muscles that you can miss with weights.
The soon to be relaunched and redesigned Les Mills SMARTBAND™ will be the newest addition to the Les Mills SMART TECH™ line of innovative and ergonomic fitness equipment.
Engineered to provide improved functionality and enhanced ergonomics, the LES MILLS SMARTBAND™ is scientifically-engineered to deliver a consistent force increase throughout the extension range. This helps to ensure correct technique is maintained throughout the exercise movement range and enables users to get more from their workout.
Available in two resistance levels (medium and heavy), the SMARTBAND is designed to work with the Les Mills SMARTBAR™ and its weight plates, adding a new dynamic and new possibilities to a workout routine.
By adding the SMARTBAND to the ends of a weighted SMARTBAR or holding the SMARTBAND in the hands while performing upper body strength training routines, the user can add more resistance to his or her workout. The compressible handle allows the band to be used with a weight plate without compromising comfort and grip.
The SMARTBAND has a flat profile which reduces anchoring and rolling issues and the nylon webbing moves freely though the spine. This ensures ease of movement and improved functionality through a range of moves. The compressible handle improves comfort and fixation under foot, and also provides an optimal surface for gripping when held in the hand.
Australasian Leisure Management will report when the new SMARTBAND is released.
