Les Mills joins with Nestle for Global Promotion
Nestlé Fitness breakfast cereals and Les Mills International have joined forces to promote the combination of exercise and a good breakfast.
The global promotion started in March this year with limited edition complimentary VCDs of either the BODYCOMBAT⢠martial arts-based workout, or the dance-inspired BODYJAM⢠attached to Nestlé® Fitness® cereal packets, available in supermarkets and on store shelves in over 48 countries.
The VCDs are expected to reach more than eight million consumers. Delivered in 11 languages, including Spanish, English, Italian and French, the 20-minute VCDs take viewers through an effective mini-workout. They feature the same inspiring combination of great music and motivating instructors that have made Les Mills the leader in group fitness programs.
Free LES MILLS⢠class passes are also offered on the cereal box in a large number of countries. Consumers can go online to a Nestlé-specific class locator, find the nearest club offering LES MILLS⢠programs and present the pass to trial any LES MILLS⢠class.
âWeâre delighted to have the opportunity to work with one of the worldâs leading cereal companies,? says Phillip Mills, Founder of Les Mills. âThis is a hugely exciting step towards our goal of bringing life-changing workout experiences to as many people as possible throughout the world.?
Arya Badiyan, Marketing Manager for Nestlé® Fitness® at Cereal Partners Worldwide, says: âWe believe in a long-term sustainable approach to weight management. In addition to providing consumers with a healthy breakfast, we are constantly seeking out the best in fitness and wellness to provide our consumers with a holistic solution. This partnership with Les Mills is an opportunity to help our consumers easily integrate fitness into their lives and start the day with a healthy whole grain breakfast.?
The joint venture will bring Les Mills closer to its goal of becoming one of the worldâs top 100 global brands, recognized as the number one provider of fitness experiences in every market itâs in, says Mills.
Les Mills is the worldâs leading provider of group fitness programs. Over six million people a week participate in its eight choreographed programs in 13,000 health and fitness clubs in over 75 countries around the world.
