Leisure Concepts set to release Cybex’s new SPARC equipment range
The eagerly awaited SPARC (Strength Power Accelerated Resistance Cardio) range of fitness equipment from leading US-fitness brand Cybex is about to arrive in Australia with an unveiling scheduled for the Arnold Classic event in Melbourne – which runs from 18th to 20th March 2016.
Exclusively available in Australia from Leisure Concepts, those eager to get an early view of the innovative equipment will also be able to see it in use at UFC GYM Sydney, the first gym in Australia to take delivery of the new product.
Designed to help users lose fat, build muscle, gain strength, increase metabolism and improve power, SPARC has been biomechanically engineered to provide exceptional results, safely and with low impact. SPARC’s intuitive “get on and go” design invites all users to simply choose incline and intensity levels to reach their fitness goals in record time.
SPARC features include:
• Intuitive settings and design makes SPARC exceptionally simple to adjust and simple to use.
• Manually controlled incline offers three positions to change the emphasis on different muscle groups.
• Multiple hand positions to accommodate different sizes and generate optimal power.
• Additional resistance mechanism offers increased intensity levels.
• Two modes of operation:
Circuit Mode – Single, quick, high power movement lasting typically less than one minute.
Interval Mode – Longer duration workout that has user-defined high intensity and rests.
Introducing SPARC, a Leisure Concepts spokesperson explains “SPARC can supercharge functional, suspension and other training zones and add excitement and achievement for boot camps, cross training and other small group classes.
“With HIIT an increasingly popular top trend among members, SPARC’s patented ‘arcuate’ motion is biomechanically engineered to be gentler on knee joints, encouraging users to work harder by minimizing their perceived exertion.
“SPARC also differentiates itself from other resisted cardio machines with sprint-like mechanics in a non-impact environment so users can experience powerful running at athletic speeds.”
