Last chance to apply for Programs Manager role at MSAC
Applicants have just days to apply for a new role as Program Manager at the Melbourne Sports Hub/Melbourne Sport and Aquatic Centre.
The new role, reporting to MSAC's General Manager Membership and Business Development, will see the postholder deliver leadership and management to the large customer and membership focused business areas of Children's Programs, FlowRider and Swim School. Within the main business areas of programs, the services include:
Children's Programs:
Parties, School Holiday Programs, Weekend Recreational Programs
Swim School:
Learn to Swim, Squads, School Programs, Aqua Exercise
FlowRider:
Private and Corporate Bookings, Parties, Competition Events, Member Programs, FlowSchool and everyday riders
This role will identify, develop and implement strategy and sales/service delivery models in each of the program areas to achieve the annual objectives of the budget and business plan while maintaining a high quality of operational and risk management.
The Programs Manager will be a member of the Victorian State Sport Centres Trust (SSCT) Management team comprising 11 business unit managers, three General Managers, the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Executive.
A strategic mentoring and coaching focus will be necessary in engendering our team unity culture of 'Developing Champions in Life' while driving innovation, new business growth and client retention strategies.
