Laserforce pleased with early success of Gen8 Infinity technology

Leading laser tag equipment operator, developer and manufacturer Laserforce has advised that its new Gen8 Infinity system has been an immediate success for its early adopters around the world.

The sleek and innovative system has now been installed in four countries on four different continents ahead of the official world-wide release date and has already received unanimous positive feedback from each location!

In an industry that has seen little innovation over the years, the Gen8 Infinity laser tag has become an immediate game-changer for laser tag sites such as Laserzone in Sugar Land, Texas, USA.

Laserzone opened their doors for business in the mid-1990’s and as one of the longest-running Laserforce operators in the USA, they are beyond thrilled by the revolutionary experience that Gen8 Infinity has brought to the game of laser tag.

Laserforce Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Willy explains “Gen8 has exceeded all of our expectations and positive player feedback has proven to us that Gen8 is the breath of life that laser tag needed.

“Gen8 pre-orders have shattered our initial projections (and) we’ve already sold out of our initial production run and are close to selling out for the remainder of the year.”

Early adopters have noted the ease of transitioning from previous laser tag systems to Gen8, thanks to the same robust reliability of Laserforce’s previous Gen7 platform. Industry-leading features such as the Engineering Deck, phaser vandalism detection, durable polycarbonate design, and plug-and-play components all combine to make Gen8 an operator’s dream.

Gen8 Infinity began shipping to laser tag sites around the world in June. The ground-breaking new laser tag system will be on display at several industry trade shows in the coming months, including the Euro Attraction Show this month and the IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando this November.
