KOMPAN Australia names new Managing Director

Industry-leading playground and outdoor fitness equipment manufacture KOMPAN has announced the appointment of Justin Edwards as its new Managing Director for Australia.

Regarded as one of KOMPAN’s most experienced and renowned international managers, Edwards brings over a decade of global expertise and will be returning to Australia after spending 17 years working across the APAC region.

For the past 12 years, Edwards (pictured) has been managing the operations of KOMPAN Asia.

Looking forward to his new role, Edwards advised “I’m extremely excited to be joining the KOMPAN Australia team. A statement from the Danish company advised “Justin is a strong leader with strategic initiatives. His managerial legacy has developed key relationships and resulted in proven growth in sales which will be a strong backbone for the ambitious growth plans for the Australian market.

“Amongst his peers, Justin is regarded as a positive and hands-on leader that is motivated by collaboration and innovation to achieve the best design outcome for the client’s vision.”

Originally from Perth, Edwards is excited about his upcoming return to Australian shores in the New Year.

He will be based at KOMPAN’s Australian headquarters in Brisbane as of January 2022.
