Jamberoo Action Park set for season opening
NSW amusement and water park Jamberoo Action Park is set to open for the 2015/16 summer season this Saturday (19th September).
Offering guests a huge aqua playground set among 40 hectares of landscaped gardens and parklands, Jamberoo is expecting a strong season, encouraging guests with a range of offers.
With adult single-entry tickets costing $54.99 when bought online, Jamberioo’s Season Pass is priced at $114.99 per pass when bought online to encourage repeat visits.
Season Passes can also be purchased at the Front Gate, for $124.99 per pass – with the reduced cost of online purchase reflecting Jamberoo’s commitment to online ticketing and offering guests the opportunity to both save money and beat queues.
Jamberoo’s summer entertainment also includes the return of its Big Screen, located on the deck of Outback Bay, one of NSW’ largest wave pools.
The Big Screen shows the latest in music videos, extreme sports and child-orientated entertainment shows coordinated by VDJs who also entertain guests with prizes and competitions.

The Funnel Web - one of the longest and most exhilarating water thrill rides in the world. Sitting above cascading rock feature waterfalls, the Funnel Web’s highest point is over 19 metres above the ground.
The Rock - a 5 metre high jump into a 5 metre deep pool. Refurbished for this season with extensive rock works, The Rock provides an enhanced experience for guests. The nearby Mushroom Pools and Kiddies Triple slides have also been refurbished incorporating over 120 metres of new cascading waterfall features surrounding this aqua play area for youngsters.
The Mountain Toboggan - retrofitted in the off season the Toboggans are a perennial favourite and now offer an enhanced ride experience along the 1 kilometre long Blue or Green track.
Banjo’s Billabong – a huge Australiana themed interactive area with over 198 different water features crowned by two huge buckets, that tip over 1800 litres of water over the structure every few minutes.
The Taipan – a high intensity five-person raft ride.
Jamberoo’s commitment technology sees the Jamberoo Action Park App offer access to information on E-Ticketing, a park map and a variety of useful features and information to help guests plan their visit
Located just 10 minutes from Kiama, 20 minutes south of Wollongong or an easy hour’s drive from Sydney, Jamberoo will be open for 135 days across the 2015/16 season.
