Installation commences on Falls Creek's new Eagle Chair

After months of preparation and planning, installation of Falls Creek’s new Eagle Chair project has commenced.

2017 saw the end of an era, with the ski resort’s former Eagle Chair turning for the last time on 8th October after 36 years of operation.

A Falls Creek spokesperson advised “now it's time to get excited as the installation of our shiny new high speed quad chair happens over the summer.

“We've removed the cable, the top and bottom drive stations, and seen most of the towers taken out.”

The installation can be viewed at www.skifalls.com.au
