Industry experts to present at FILEX Immersive event in Brisbane

Fitness education leader FILEX’s inaugural Brisbane FILEX Immersive is being held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre in conjunction with The Fitness Show next weekend.

The single-day FILEX Immersive - The Ultimate Game Plan for Growth - will offer fitness business owners and managers in depth exposure to the latest skills and knowledge in how to run a successful fitness business.

With sales and retention being the biggest issue facing fitness businesses, this full-day event will guarantee attendees best practice tools and tips that you can implement immediately to gain more clients/members to keep your business in growth.

The day will feature up-to-the-minute industry experts who will be presenting on proven current trends.

The learning experience will look at the topic of growing your business from all angles starting off with online marketing expert Richard Toutounji teaching attendees how to master their lead generation by enticing the right newcomers while also sharing insights into how businesses can stand out in a crowded market place.

Fitness business sales expert Jason Urbanowicz will uncover his step-by-step process on how to use offers and trials effectively to convert those highly valuable leads while Nardia Norman, fitness business consultant, will be sharing her knowledge on what businesses should be doing when onboarding their new clients in order to significantly improve their commitment to your fitness brand.

Norman will also reveal case studies on what the best operators do offering valuable industry insights.

The fourth session of the day will be led by multi-fitness business entrepreneur Dan Henderson who will talk to the power of fans and how to create a business where those new clients/members never want to leave and importantly, want to spend more money with you.

The day will culminate in roundtable learning and connecting with other industry professionals and fitness business owners while facilitated by FILEX’s world-class faculty.
