Industry events set to return to the MCG

With the industry looking to present face-to-face events in 2022, the MCG will be hosting two events in the first quarter of the year.

Postponed from 2021, the Sports Environment Alliance (SEA) has announced that its annual Summit will be held - and its 2021 Awards - presented at an event at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on on Tuesday 3rd March.

The Summit will bring feature panel sessions, workshops, keynote speakers, a silent auction, networking drinks and optional eco-tours, while the awards celebrate those that make remarkable efforts to minimise their environmental impact, make their sports more sustainable and act as environmental stewards to ensure the continued provision of spaces and places to play.

Fusion Sport’s Human Performance Summit at the MCG on Thursdayy 10th and Friday 11th February next year will feature presentations sharing learnings on how state-of-the-art technology and data are being used to optimise performance.

The two-day event is described by Fusion Sport, a leading provider of athlete management systems, as "a must-attend destination for anyone interested in performance analytics and research, providing a unique and intimate forum for live discussion and collaboration between human performance professionals across elite sport, military and public safety".
