HumanSport functional training equipment selected for top Fitness First clubs

Fitness First Australia has taken delivery of new HumanSport 6 dual-function system equipment at three clubs in Sydney and two in Melbourne.

The clubs - Market Street, George Street and Bond Street in the Sydney CBD together with Brighton, Victoria and the brand new flagship $7 million club in Flinders Street Melbourne will have the cable-based machines act as 12 workout stations by utilising dual weight stacks to provide a wide range of total body training options, including Base Strength, Core Stabilization and Dynamic Movement training.

Simon Hall, Marketing Manager for distributor Blue Fitness explains "Human Sport has been designed to reflect human body mechanics; HumanSport is so simple, so intuitive and so natural that it feels as if it were custom-built for each and every user.

"Never before has the beauty of natural movement been translated so well into an exercise environment. HumanSport also offers the revolutionary Lock N Load® patented weight selection system that affords users the most streamlined and efficient workout possible, while reducing common maintenance hassles associated with traditional weight stacks and pins.

"HumanSport's integration of core stabilisation and multi-planar movements help strengthen core muscles in your body. You'll achieve overall strength and balance - enabling you to perform better and get more out of individual muscle group workouts."

HumanSport dual functional machines comes packaged with a staff training program delivered by a Certified HumanSport Master Instructor to ensure all personal trainers and fitness staff can integrate the functional aspects of each machine into their clients and members workouts.

HumanSport is a Star Trac product distributed in Australia and New Zealand by Blue Fitness.

Visitors to the upcoming Australian Fitness & Health Expo in Melbourne will be able to try out the HumanSport machines for themselves on Stand T26 and even have a workout with the HumanSport Master Instructor at the new Flinders Street Fitness First.
