HopSports Training Systems for Fitness and Education

Following recent rebranding from 123Strive Australasia to Eye Fitness, the newly named business has formally introduced the HopSports Training System.
With its unique training program to teach children and adults about the essentials of a healthy and active lifestyle, combined with hundreds of lesson plans with cross curricular learning via projected video programs, Eye Fitness Manager David Norman believes this system represents âthe future of physical education and group exercise.?
HopSports allows teachers and instructors to facilitate learning among the class (not lead instruct from the front of the class) and has users engage to a wider variety of training classes without the need of multiple instructors.
Using the HOPSports system combines a projector, sound system and a variety of training equipment. Lessons are conducted by athletes and celebrities and the interactive instruction coupled with sports, information and cartoons engages all users continuously during the workout.
Norman adds that the system is âideal for children, adults, and seniors in large group training and is also perfect for community centres, halls, group fitness studios and school gymnasiums, where it can maximise their facility usage.?
In the USA, the HopSports Training System is currently used by over 600,000 youths per week.
