Growing demand for online services reaps dividends for Debitsuccess

Companies looking for online solutions for managing customer relationships and improving cash flow has resulted in a year of stellar growth for software development and direct debit payment processing company, Debitsuccess.

In the last financial year, Debitsuccess saw its 2010/11 revenue grow by a further 25%, as it expanded its client base into several new industries and reinforced its position as the leader in providing software and membership payment collection services to the health and fitness industry.

Debitsuccess Australia Chief Executive Andrew Simpson, says that the result is a continuation of the high level of growth the company has experienced since 2005, which has seen billing revenue increase by over 1200% in that time. He attributes it to the company's strong focus on technology development and service delivery as its core business.
Simpson explains

"With the majority of consumers now managing their daily lives online, businesses are naturally shifting towards incorporating more completely web-based services as part of their business offering to align with those demands.

"The beauty of our range of business products is their flexibility. We can customize our service to any business that requires regular collection of installment payments from customers, and build an online form that matches their individual needs. "

Debitsuccess' self-developed products include Clubware - a fitness club management software system that is now used in more than 500 clubs in Australasia - and the Online Management Gateway (OMG), which is utilised by a wide range of businesses that require paperless membership processing.

Companies now using Debitsuccess' services include a wide range of sectors from NRL clubs to education and training facilities, golf clubs, power companies, associations and medical product supplierS.

In addition to these new business avenues, Simpson says Debitsuccess' growth has been helped in no small part by its relationship with many of Australia's leading fitness clubs; relationships that Debitsuccess respects and enjoys.

Simpson adds "we are now the leading business for direct debit payment services for the health and fitness industry, and proud of that fact."

Goodlife Group Chief Executive Greg Oliver, says that a recently negotiated Management Agreement on the scale of that which they have done with Debitsuccess is a huge endorsement of their reliability and ability to meet their business KPIs in a highly competitive industry.

Oliver explains "the greatest benefit of Debitsuccess is that it helps us with customer retention. More of our members are using the web these days for managing their lives, and the OMG system gives them the flexibility to pay for memberships quickly and efficiently."
