Free outdoor fitness classes return to Brisbane’s South Bank

The popular free outdoor fitness classes at Brisbane’s South Bank have returned to the Parklands until 8th November.

Series two of the 2014 Feel Good Program features classes suitable for all levels of experience, conducted by fitness professionals Brisbane’s Pure Health Clubs group.

Vinyasa yoga is offered on Mondays, Pilates on Tuesdays, Energy on Wednesdays and Zumba on Thursdays on the Little Stanley Street lawns.

Bubacise, yoga suitable for mothers with babies aged eight weeks up to crawling age, runs on Wednesdays on the Little Stanley Street lawns, and Aqua Aerobics is held at the Boat Pool on Saturdays.

All participants also have a chance to win a Pure Health Clubs one-year membership (valued at $1,399) simply by filling out a feedback form.

The Feel Good Program is free for anyone to attend and no registration is required.
