Former Head of Auckland Convention Bureau among new appointments for Tourism Talent Australia

Tourism Talent, the premier executive recruitment agency specialising in the tourism and hospitality sector, has expanded its presence in Australia with the appointments of Kelly Dodd as Senior Associate for Hotels, Resorts and Accommodation and Anna Hayward as Senior Associate Business Events. This duo brings a wealth of expertise and a shared passion for the industry to drive Tourism Talent's success in the Australian market.

Hayward brings over 30 years of experience across business events, tourism, and hospitality sectors. Her background covers the private and public sectors, regional tourism organisations, international hotel groups, luxury lodges, and public relations offices, and most recently was Head of the Auckland Convention Bureau for over 13 years.

Hayward shares “I look forward to bringing my experience and global network to the Australian market and reconnecting with business events colleagues across the Tasman.”

Dodd, originally from the United States, brings over 18 years’ experience from her most recent role as Area Manager at Expedia Group and has a Master's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.  She has a background in food and beverage, hotels, and travel-tech.
