Fitness supplier offers guide to member retention strategies
Health club software provider GreeneDesk is offering industry professionals access to a free guide on member retention strategies.
GreeneDeskhas launched the initiative in an attempt to provide Australian fitness clubs with a clear framework for improving member retention.
GreeneDesk Principal Lane Harrison explained "our frame work includes eight principles of member retention that have been modelled from leading clubs from around the world.
"There is a lot of research available on member retention however it can be difficult to put arrange this available information into a usable framework.
"This is something we share with all of our clients as it provides them with a framework to assist in getting the most out of our retention tracking software.
"The retentionframework and our software work hand in hand, it's one thing understanding effective retention strategies such as seven days follow up emails and risk rating, however, it's another thing tracking the implementation and compliance of these strategies.
"By combining the two (clubs will) have a comprehensive solution for improving member retention."
