Fitness First opens new facilities in Kuwait
Fitness First Middle East has continued to expand in the region with two new facilities, the brand’s fifth and sixth clubs in Kuwait.
The new premium clubs are each spread across a 1,100 metre² area with exclusive and separate facilities for both men and women. They are located at Kuwait’s Sama Mall in Al Eqaila.
Each facility offers its members premium services, high quality exercise equipment and an exclusive environment to work-out and unwind.
The expansive facility features group exercise studio with swing yoga facility for ladies and dedicated spinning studio for men, FitZone - freestyle, free weights and strength area with the latest functional training equipment as well as the multi-functional Synergy 360 training system.
The clubs are fitted with an extensive range of life cardio equipment such as treadmills, bikes, elipticals, power mill and new flex striders; all with attachable TV screens.
It will also feature free weights, plate loaded equipment and new Insignia line of strength machines from life fitness are an attraction at these clubs.
Complete with Hammer Strength and Synergy 360 Functional Training Unit, both the clubs are well kitted out with an array of freestyle range of products such as Battle Ropes, TiYR, Bulgarian Bags, Slam Balls, Core Bags, Escape Octagon Olympic Lifting Platform, Vipr’s and TRX frames; making them a thorough and fully-equipped fitness destinations for fitness aficionados.
