Fitness clubs offered free member retention events

With the aim of boosting fitness club membership retention by motivating members through outdoor activities, adventure and social events, Fitness Club Membership Retention (FCMR) offer over 2,000 adventures and events Australia wide.

FCMR National Sales Manager Eliot Laity explains "our activities and events offer members an experience they will never forget.

“With contracted tourism operators from all over Australia we offer quality activities run by an experienced team who live for adventure.”

Events include surf lessons, kayaking, hiking, camping, Bootcamps, climbing, Mountain biking and fishing, with activities specific to a club’s location.

Laity adds “our software engages the members as if it where the fitness club running it.”

Once clubs choose and book their FCMR event, n FCMR team gets to work on the marketing of the event under the clubs name. Clubs are then handed a series of multimedia marketing materials to distribute through email and mms and text.

As Laity explains “we are passionate about introducing people from all walks of life to a healthier way of living and are committed to the creation of fun and creative events to help boost members’ interaction with their clubs.”

Fitness Club Membership Retention also create lead generation campaigns, sales training, call centre drives and many other member retention activities.
