Fitness centre at BIG4 Bellarine Holiday Park meets customer demands

In December last year, the BIG4 Bellarine Holiday Park in Marcus Hill opened ‘fit’, a fitness centre offering visitors the convenience and comfort of a broad range of the latest fitness equipment and classes while on holidays.

Inviting guests to get active the 133metre² facility, solely dedicated to the health and fitness of BIG4 Bellarine Holiday Park patrons, has proved a popular addition to the holiday park.

Park owner Tim Bone said that ‘fit’ came about as a direct result of many visitor requests, stating “we asked customers what they would like to see added to our holiday park and the response was clear; time and time again clients were requesting a fitness centre.

“Health and fitness matters to our visitors, and now they can continue their workouts while on holiday, as well as enjoy some much needed ‘me time’.”

‘fit’ also caters to children’s fitness needs, with regular group personal training sessions available. Adults can also enjoy the health benefits of Pilates classes.

‘fit’ is the perfect addition to the facilities at BIG4 Bellarine that include:

• 40 units with up to three bedroom layouts; 
• 80 powered campsites; 
• A heated indoor pool complex with a splash zone and waterslide; 
• Three giant jumping pillows; 
• A flying fox; 
• Adventure playground;
