Fitness Australia announce fitness industry's best of 2010

Hosts Hayley Lewis and Michael Vincent announced the 2010 Australian Health & Fitness Industry Awards national winners at a Gala Dinner in Melbourne on Friday.
With 380 guests in attendance, Fitness Australia Chief Executive Lauretta Stace explained âthe 2010 Australian Award winners are outstanding advocates for the work of Fitness Australia and its commitment to professionalism within the fitness industry.
âWith over 160 nominations across four categories this yearâs winners have shown a high level of customer care and commitment to help improve the health and wellbeing of the whole community.�?

Mireille Ryan - 2010 Australian Exercise Professional of the Year

Mireille Ryan is an outstanding, highly qualified exercise professional who provides leadership and inspiration to her peers. Mireille's innovative way to use technology to reach a specialised audience has proven successful through her free health and fitness website. This resource now has over 500 pages of content, enlisted over 20 health and fitness experts, with future plans to link in with government.
