Ezypay issues January cash flow challenge
Direct debit service provider Ezypay has issued a cash flow challenge for aquatic, fitness and recreation businesses through the month of January.
During January Ezypay is sharing its cash flow expertise by running a '31 Day Cash Flow Challenge' with daily tips be posted on the company's blog and Facebook fan page first. Ezypay Marketing Manager Simon Hall says that "the challenge is to take as many of these tips and implement them in your business.
"(Also) if you have any tips yourself we would love to hear about them (and) if you take up the challenge let us know how you go."
For those participating in the challenge, Ezypay will email clients a summary of tips on a weekly basis.
Tips for the first seven days are:
Day 1 - Make sure you know your current financial position
Day 2 - Make sure the price is right and you are covering your costs
Day 3 - Reconcile your membership income on a weekly basis
Day 4 - Reduce non-core expenditure
Day 5 - Carefully budget payments for essential expenses
Day 6 - Keep stock levels to a minimum
Day 7 - Set your credit terms carefully
