Ezypay announces appointment as Australian and New Zealand distributor for iconnect360

Billing solutions experts Ezypay have announced that they have been appointed the Australian and New Zealand distributor of iconnect360.

iconnect360 is a state-of-the-art cloud based membership management software providing a 'best of breed' technology solution hosted securely over the internet.

The partnership with Ezypay, the Australasia's oldest and most awarded direct debit provider, is set to deliver a truly integrated membership management and billing system. In addition to standard member management functions the system has a touch screen compliant point of sales, stock management, booking and scheduling and sales and prospecting functionality. The system allows for completely paperless member sign up including the use of clubs own membership agreement which can be saved as a template and both the agreement and direct debit form can be electronically signed and automatically emailed to members.

iconnect360's Product Manager, Melanie Walker explains "the system has been designed on the basis of being easy to install, easy to use and easy to learn. We have spent a lot of time on the user interface making it similar to using your iPad or browsing your favourite website.

"One of the greatest challenges for the industry is staff turnover and usability plays a key role in getting people efficient in their roles quickly and efficiently. The system has complete control over authority levels for staff and all configurations can be pushed down from the organisation or head office level to sites to ensure 100% consistency in functionality. Key processes are controlled through wizards where possible and the system uses 'suggestions' at the end of processes to assist staff in regards to what they should do next."

Ezypay will be launching iconnect360 at the Australian Fitness & Health Expo at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th April.

Ezypay's exhibit on stand W24 will differ from its traditional Ezypay orange display - instead Ezypay will be showcasing the new membership management software while also giving visitors the opportunity to get their photo taken 'In the Cloud' and go into the draw to win a hot air balloon trip.
