Expressions of Interest: Commercial Hire of Swimming Lanes at the Scarborough Beach Pool, WA

This request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) is to formally allow commercial swimming groups to identify their requirements for hiring lanes at Scarborough Beach Pool, opening early 2018.

The City of Stirling is using an EOI process in order to begin assessing points of value in potential providers.

Following this EOI phase the City of Stirling may proceed to negotiate with interested parties. This EOI phase does not commit the City of Stirling to proceed to negotiate an arrangement with any of the parties who may submit an EOI in line with this document.
