Exercisers encouraged to leap into activity at Fitness First Bondi Platinum
To mark the leap year, 29th February, the newly refurbished Fitness First Bondi Spring St Platinum club has showcased its latest features: its Barre Studio, upgraded Freestyle Zones, and state of the art Strength training with new lifting platforms and matrix cages.
Over three bright and spacious levels, the club boasts four group fitness studios with over 80 classes a week being conducted by elite instructors in a custom built ‘Superstudio’. Featuring a New York inspired Barre Studio, new strength training zone, two dedicated Freestyle group training areas and cardio section, Fitness First has also staffed the club with, according to a spokesperson, “a dedicated team providing the best service to help inspire you to go further in your fitness.
“Fitness First Bondi Spring St Platinum is the envy of every club in the Eastern Suburbs.”
