EVANZ counts down to 2020 conference

The Entertainment Venues Association of New Zealand (EVANZ) is preparing for its 2020 Annual Conference, being held as a live, in-person event at Hamilton's Claudelands on Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th November.

With the theme Reflecting on Resilience and Rebuilding, the Conference will feature two days of sharing and learning on the key topics of how New Zealand's entertainment and venues sector can rebound from the impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Programme highlights include:

• Knowledge Cafe
• Panel discussions including Promoter's Forum and Ticketing Forum
• Latest hybrid event technology update.
• How Hamilton coped with the changing world of events in a COVID-19 environment
• Keynote speakers to inspire and entertain.

Tuesday evening will be a celebration of how the extraordinary people who make up the industry have adapted and survived with the EVANZ Awards Evening and presentations.

Introduced in 2013, the annual EVANZ Awards recognise and reward the success of venues while also acknowledging the contribution of individuals in great leadership and operational management roles and identifying the stars of the future.

Accommodation inquiries should be emailed to: h2159-re4@accor.com, quoting confirmation number 1904200.
