Ettamogah Pub gets a facelift

The iconic 23 year old Ettamogah Pub on Queensland's Sunshine Coast has received a facelift and given a fresh new look that's hard to miss.
General Manager David Thompson said the painting of the front of the Ettamogah Pub was in conjunction with refurbishments inside, explained "as well as giving the front of the pub a bit of a spruce up, the kitchen at Bluey's Bar & Grill has been upgraded and there's a new TAB downstairs.
"The colours of the new paint job are striking to say the least, and we've had passing tourists on the Bruce Highway ring the Pub Manager to say how great it looks.
"The man hanging from the side of the pub has also been given a new look keeping with today's style trends wearing yellow and orange spotted boxer shorts!"
The Sunshine Coast Ettamogah Pub is located at Aussie World on the Bruce Highway.
