Entries open for New Zealand Fitness Industry awards
Fitness New Zealand has launched its 2012 New Zealand Fitness Awards, with entries now open.
Designed to recognise those making a contribution to the health and wellness of New Zealanders through exercise and fitness, the fitness industry awards are an annual event now managed by Fitness New Zealand.
Richard Beddie, Chief Executive of awards organiser FitnessNZ, explains that in 2012 the entry process has been simplified, with only three questions needed to be answered to enter the awards this year.
Beddie explains "we wanted to make the awards easy to enter, but still hard to win, so have streamlined the entry process.
"We have also added in even more checks and audits, to ensure only the best are selected as finalists, and only the very best win. I'd urge members of the public to encourage their trainer/instructor or club to enter ï¾ we want all instructors and clubs to be able to win, but you have to enter to be considered
