EngageRM announces technology partnership with South Sydney Rabbitohs
EngageRM, the market-leading sports and entertainment business technology services provider, has announced a wide-ranging partnership with the NRL’s South Sydney Rabbitohs.
The multi-year agreement will see an overhaul of the Rabbitohs’ corporate services technology, enabling the team to provide an enhanced experience to partners, sponsors and clients.
Powered by Melbourne-headquartered EngageRM’s pioneering solution - which incorporates business automation, data analytics and CRM functionality - the Rabbitohs can now bring together the management of sales, fulfilment, operations, and engagement within one single, connected platform.
The service will also provide the Rabbitohs’ corporate partners and clients with a seamless experience at Stadium Australia, allowing them to maximise their association with the NRL club’s brand as well as the opportunity to engage more closely with its wider corporate network.
Announcing the partnership, EngageRM Chief Executive, Ned Coten stated “we are delighted to join with Rabbitohs, one of Australia’s leading and most-celebrated sports teams.
“This is a significant and welcome partnership for us within NRL and will put the Rabbitohs on top of the league in terms of their corporate services.
“We look forward to working closely with them in the coming years and assisting them in maximising levels of engagement with their partners and clients and the value of those relationships.”
South Sydney becomes the second NRL team to sign up with EngageRM, which has extensive partnerships major sports clubs and venues in Australia, the US and UK including the MCG, Manchester’s Co-op Live venue and the NBA’s LA Clippers and LA Lakers - each of whom deploy EngageRM’s solution, which is built on the Microsoft Dynamics365 platform.
Rabbitohs’ Head of Commercial Partnerships, Adam Cosgrove commented “this is a transformational partnership for our organisation, allowing us to greatly develop our corporate and commercial services through the integration of best-in-class technology from an operator at the head of global technological innovation.
“By bringing all areas of corporate engagement together - from first interaction to retention, ticketing to networking, functions to multi-year sponsorship deals - our organisation will get a true, single view of our corporate customers, which allows us to increase partnership revenues and our customers to benefit from a data-led, enhanced service.”
