EAAA to introduce industry Hall of Fame
A Hall of Fame will be introduced at the Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia’s (EEAA) Awards for Excellence, to recognise people and events who win their category repeatedly.
EEAA Chief Executive Joyce DiMascio said the Hall of Fame would recognise entrants that had won their category three years in a row and demonstrated a consistent level of excellence and outstanding achievement.
DiMascio stated “this change will recognise the shows, teams or companies that have shone consistently with their service, professionalism, creativity and business success,” she said.
“It will also pave the way for other high achievers to attract a share of the winner’s spotlight.”
Entries for the awards close on 12th September 2014 with winners will be announced on 20th November at an event at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
