Death of former Sea World General Manager Dr Fabian Fay
Australasian Leisure Management is saddened to report on the death of former Sea World General Managers Dr Fabian Fay at the age of 58.
Dr Fay died as a result of Parkinson's Disease, an affliction that saw him give up his longstanding veterinary practice to move to manage the Gold Coast theme park in the late 1980s, where he was manager for around 10 years before been forced to give up work.
A tribute to Dr Fay advised “he truly was a great GM and a great man, and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him, and worked under him.”
