Countdown to FILEX and Fitness Expo

The three-day FILEX 2009 convention, the largest fitness event in the South East Asia region, is a three-day program providing more than 25 business sessions, delivered by key business presenters from around the country, and around the world.

There are assorted pre-convention workshops and summits this week, with the event proper starting on Friday morning with an exhilarating Keynote Address from the renowned Terry Hawkins.

In addition, the FILEX 2009 Business Summit provides club owners and managers with the strategies and tools to develop a true fitness community and help develop their facility. The Summit provides a unique opportunity to tap into a wealth of experience from within and outside the fitness industry, including Casey Conrad, Grant Gamble, Naomi Simson, Justin Tamsett and Craig White.

The adjoining 2009 Australian Fitness Expo is Australia's biggest health and fitness expo.

With over 325 exhibitors and 17,000 visitors, the Expo showcases the latest in fitness and training equipment, nutrition and supplements, apparel, music and training aids and business solutions.
