Closing date looms for Australia Business Arts Foundation awards

The closing date for the 12th Australia Business Arts Foundation (AbaF) Awards, recognising the best business arts partnerships, giving programs, volunteering relationships and arts, business and philanthropy leaders in Australia, are looming.
Submissions have to made online via the online AbaF Awards nominations portal by close of business on Friday 11th May 2012.
Developed in collaboration with Arts Access Australia, the AbaF Awards this year include the AbaF Arts Access Award for arts or cultural organisations which have implemented projects or strategies to improve access for people with disability to their venues, programs and/or services.
The AbaF Awards are a chance for business to show innovative thinking and best practice through their support for the arts. All AbaF Award winners are featured in our annual Gold Book, and you can browse case studies here and view previous AbaF Award winners from over the years, including the 2011 national AbaF Award winners. You can also watch videos of some of the winning partnerships here.
State AbaF Award winners will be announced at State events in August and September 2012 with the 2012 national AbaF Award winners to be announced in Melbourne in October 2012.
