City of Belmont - Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre Management Tender

The City of Belmont (Western Australia) owns the Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre that comprises of a 50 metre olympic size indoor pool, 25 metre indoor pool, 25 metre outdoor pool, children’s lagoon pool, spa and sauna, café, Indoor sports stadium, health club, group fitness room, cycle room, crèche and retail shop.

Due to current management agreements expiring in mid-2019, the City of Belmont has undertaken a management review of this facility. As a result the City of Belmont has decided that it will invite tenders for the management and operation of the Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre in late November 2018.
