Christchurch quake forces Disney on Ice New Zealand tour cancellation
Disney On Ice's Worlds of Fantasy tour of New Zealand has been cancelled due to Christchurch's earthquake, organisers say.
The Worlds of Fantasy was scheduled to appear at the CBS Canterbury Arena in Christchurch from 27th to 29th May and in Auckland in early June as part of an international tour including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia.
However, the damage caused by the 22nd February earthquake and aftershocks meant the show's producers, have now re-routed the tour.
Ticket holders will get full refunds.
Producers Feld Entertainment are to make a donation to The Red Cross to help the rebuilding effort in Christchurch.
