Changes at MSFA
Changes at Queensland's Major Sports Facilities Authority (MSFA) will see new directors appointed to its board and the renaming of the organisation.
Queensland Sport Minister, Judy Spence, recently announced that "Michael Harvey, Peter Johansen, Susie O'Neill, Sophie Devitt and David Hanna will join existing Chairman Wayne Myers and Geoff Trivett on the Board."
In addition, MSFA which is responsible for The Gabba, Suncorp Stadium, Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre (formerly the QE2 Sports Complex), Sleeman Sports Complex Chandler, Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Dairy Farmers Stadium in Townsville, Skilled Park on the Gold Coast and the State Tennis Centre, has been renamed Stadiums Queensland.
