Centaman user group seminars proving a huge success

Leading leisure software solutions provider Centaman, recently held their annual user group meetings in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, with over 150 clients attending.

Providing a platform for two way communication between Centaman and their customers as well as enabling hands on demonstrations of the new products and features of Centaman's comprehensive range of solutions, the Centaman user groups also proved to be an exciting forum for Centaman users to network, discuss and share best practices with each other.

The User Group Meetings where declared "a fantastic day" by many attendees while other comments included "it is great to hear and discuss ideas, business issues and processes with other centres" and "these seminars provide such great information; I'm already looking forward to the next one."

Each User Group Meeting was made up of several in-depth topics across two different streams. This covered everything from 'tips and tricks' on how to get the most out of Centaman through to membership retention and E Marketing. In addition, cashless vending, access control, web solutions, direct debiting and bookings management topics were covered which provided a complete overview of Centaman's integrated suite of products.
